This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of all defective shower head parts. LABOR CHARGES AND/OR DAMAGE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE ARE EXCLUDED. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt/invoice) from the original purchaser must be made available to Bricor Analytical, Inc. for all warranty claims. THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY BY Bricor Analytical, Inc, WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND VALID OVER IT, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. This warranty is applicable only to Bricor shower heads made after January 1, 2000.

This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial, and business usage, whose purchasers are hereby extended a two year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration of the warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any damage to this shower head as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or any use of other than genuine Bricor replacement parts WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It applies only for Bricor shower heads installed in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico and some foreign locations.

WARNING: Bricor Analytical, Inc. will not be reponsible or liable for any failure and damage to this product caused by its use of water containing high concentrations of chlorine that are in excess of the acceptable ppm concentration limit for human exposure levels. Subjecting the Bricor shower head to caustic high ionic, hard water conditions, in excess of 15 grains/cc will also void the warranty.

Care Instructions: Care should be given to the cleaning of the product. Although it is extremely durable, it can be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel.
